Good news neighbors! Our pool area has gotten an UPGRADE! 🙌 At last year’s HOA, many people requested more 🏖️ shade around the pool. The FRC made a plan for shade trees 🌴 but knowing that was a 10-year-solution, Nathaniel stepped up and designed the Pool Trellis and now we have beautiful shade during the hottest hours AND a passionfruit trellis already growing.
PLUS the MRC - made up of Alegrían neighbors who wanted to contribute - have solved the 🪨 rock issue around the pool. The children are sad they can no longer throw rocks in the pool and the adults are celebrating! 🥳
And if you noticed the pool was looking a little 🏊🏻♀️ green lately, it has also been cleaned. It really takes a village to create the vision we all have for Alegría! A big THANK YOU to everyone who steps up with their time and energy to make it happen. 🙏

¡Buenas noticias vecinos! ¡Nuestra área de piscina ha recibido una ACTUALIZACIÓN! 🙌 En la Asociación de Propietarios del año pasado, muchas personas solicitaron más 🏖️ sombra alrededor de la piscina. El FRC hizo un plan para árboles de sombra 🌴 pero sabiendo que era una solución de 10 años, Nathaniel dio un paso adelante y diseñó el Pool Trellis y ahora tenemos una hermosa sombra durante las horas más calurosas Y un enrejado de maracuyá que ya está creciendo.
ADEMÁS, el MRC - formado por vecinos de Alegrían que querían contribuir - ha solucionado el problema de las 🪨 piedras alrededor de la piscina. ¡Los niños están tristes porque ya no pueden tirar piedras a la piscina y los adultos están celebrando! 🥳
Y si notaste que la piscina últimamente se veía un poco 🏊🏻♀️ verde, también la han limpiado. ¡Realmente se necesita todo un pueblo para crear la visión que todos tenemos de Alegría! Muchas GRACIAS a todos los que aportan su tiempo y energía para hacerlo realidad. 🙏
