Choosing your build team

With 40 homes built, neighbors have had extensive experiences with companies providing design, engineering, and building services- some great, some good, some bad, and some devastating.

Here is a place for neighbors to share their experiences. Public reviews will be anonymous, but requests can be made to connect with the reviewer.

Consider that some companies and business owners have and can change names, and just because one build went well that doesn’t guarantee that a subsequent build will go well. Additionally, build companies can have various building teams.

The best resource for choosing your team is spending time in Alegria and talking with neighbors throughout your process. To support neighbors helping neighbors, we’ve created a survey to collect experiences.

Alegria Design Review Committee

Your build will need approval from various government agencies, and additionally from the Alegria Design Review Committee.
