We’ve designed three dynamic workouts each week to keep you moving and feeling strong: Arms and Abs, Legs, and Full Body. These workouts are offered twice a week with the same set of exercises, ensuring consistency and focus. The exercises rotate weekly, so you’ll be strengthening and toning all your muscle groups over time. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned, every exercise can be modified to fit your needs, so everyone, no matter their age or fitness level, is welcome to join in! Thanks to the generous donations from our neighbors, we also have some equipment available to use, depending on the size of the group. Ways we work
Just a quick reminder to help keep our workouts running smoothly and fun for everyone!
- Be on time – We start at 8:30 AM or 4:30 PM sharp. Try to get here a few minutes early to say hi, set up your mat, and help with the setup. Since I hang the TRX straps based on how many people show up, late arrivals mean I have to stop and add more, which slows things down.
- Share the equipment – After each round, just put the kettlebells and bands back in the middle so the next person can grab them easily. It keeps things moving and makes sure no one has to go searching for what they need.
- Stick to the workout structure – Since we work in groups and share equipment, everyone doing their assigned exercise helps keep the flow going. You can modify the movement to make it easier or harder, but keeping the structure means nobody is waiting or confused about what’s next.
- If you want to do your own thing, no problem! Just keep in mind this is a structured workout, so if you’d rather do your own exercises, it’s best to do that outside of this session so it doesn’t throw off the groups.
- Let’s clean up together – Once we’re done, a quick team effort to put everything back makes a big difference. This is a community workout, and it works best when we all pitch in.
