Hunter Lily: Katuk....a perennial super food. Can eat raw, in salads, etc. Everyone should grow on their lot. I just love watching Kai, Noah and Liv, grazing in the garden munching on katuk. And the fruit balls when ripe are crunchy croutons.

You can eat it raw like a snack, add it to veggie sautees, salads, or you can even cook it like spinach, but it’s a bit fibrous. But what we love to do is mix it with basil to do a super nutritious pesto

Jamie Gines: We threw it in fried rice and my kids were like, “Why does this taste sooo good?”😁
